An individual has been murdered in the Borupana area in  Ratmalana.

The Police Media Unit stated that until the magistrate’s investigation is conducted, the body of the victim has been left at the crime scene, with police protection.

The victim is a thirty-five-year-old resident of Hakmana who was a carpenter. The Dehiwala Police have commenced further investigations as the suspects in relation to the incident have not yet been identified.
