A youth has died in a car accident that occurred on the Ampara-Iginiyagala Road in the Suduwella region.

According to the police, the accident occurred when a motorcycle and a bus collided on Saturday night. The deceased youth is said to have been seventeen-year-old resident of the Paragahakalle Region.

Another individual who was travelling on the back of a motorcycle was admitted to hospital.
