Sri Lankan cricketer Kumar Sangakkara is set to play for the T20 Big Bash League seasons.
Australian media reports that Kumar Sangakkara has signed a two-year deal with the Big Bash League (BBL) team the Hobart Hurricanes.
He will be making his first appearance in the BBL in its fifth season.
Sangakkara retired from one-day internationals following the recently concluded Cricket World Cup hosted by Australia and New Zealand having played 130 Tests, 404 ODIs and 56 T20 Internationals for Sri Lanka.
Guys it’s a great privilege to sign for the @HurricanesBBL. Looking forward to playing in a fantastic tournament and for a great side.
