Formula 1 two-time World Champion Fernando Alonso, who missed the season opener Australian Grand Prix due to medical concerns following a crash during pre-season testing, is said to be returning for the Malaysian Grand Prix on March 29
Alonso had been keen on performing tests on long-term memory and reflexes in Cambridge as the Spaniard is doing everything he could to make sure there will be no problems with his return to F1.
Further tests including a test called “Impact Test” await the double world champion at the Sepang track, Malaysia but following the clearance the doctors at Cambridge has given, there is reason to believe that Alonso will pass the tests at Sepang and race for the Malaysian Grand Prix as planned.
