Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe spoke on the Irregularities taking place in the financial market in Parliament on Tuesday (March 17).
The Prime Minister noted that the role of Dilith Jayaweera in the Colombo land and development Company has to be probed by the authorities.
He went onto note that an associate editor of Daily Mirror called on CBSL Governor Arjuna Mahendran to resign adding that an editor attached to the same organisation ran an article asking him to resign from the position of leader of the UNP.
Commenting on the leader of the “Sunday Leader” Asanga Seneviratne, the Prime Minister questioned as to where he has so much money to pour in the business of creating public opinion.
