The JVP filed a complaint with the Defence Secretary on Monday.

The complaint was lodged by Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa of the JVP’s Fact Finding Committee on Victims of Injustice and Vengeance, against the appointment of an individual as an officer of the Sri Lanka Navy.

The Defence Secretary has informed the complainants that necessary steps will be taken to file a report with regard to this.
