Pensions Dept allocates five hotlines for pensioners’ complaints

The Pensions Department has launched five hotline numbers for pensioners to file complaints.

In a communique issued by the Pensions Department, it is said that their aim is to provide an efficient service to senior citizens who have retired, as well as their family members, during the government’s 100-day programme.

Complaints regarding the registration for pension, as well as payment of monthly pensions can be made by calling the following number 0115 – 927 104.

For complaints regarding pension arrears, payment of gratuities and recovery of money for widows and orphans can be made on the following numbers 0115 -927 105, or 0115 -927 106.

Registration of widows and orphans, widow and orphan pension payments as well as disability pensions could be made on the   numbers 0115-920118 and 0115-920403.
