The search operation at the site of the Meeriyabedda, Koslanda landslide entered its tenth day on Friday. Central Security Forces Commander Major General Mano Perera said two more bodies have been discovered at the site of the tragedy.

He added that these search operations are being carried out with help from residents of the area who were displaced due to the landslide.

Eleven bodies have been recovered so far.
