The Capital Maharaja Organisation’s Sirasa Shakthi Sahana Yathra began its journey from the Head Office of the Capital Maharaja Organisation to reach those affected by the landslides and inclement weather a short while ago.
The journey to provide relief commenced after religious observances at the MTV city office in Braybrooke Place.
The vehicles departed to Koslanda and Nuwara Eliya on Saturday morning to provide relief for those who have been affected by the inclement weather.
The Sirasa Shakthi Sahana Yathra programme which was launched in order to provide relief to those are in dire need, particularly to the survivors of the Koslanda landslide, received an overwhelming response from the public.
