Sirasa Shakthi Sahana Yathra commences: Three collection points established

Donations and contributions are flowing in for the Sirasa Shakthi Sahana Yathra, an initiative by The Capital Maharaja Organisation to provide relief to the people who have been affected by the severe drought across fourteen districts.

The contributions are being collected at three establishments under the MTV / MBC Media Network.


Collection points for donations and contributions have been set up at the MTV/MBC Head Office at Braybrooke Place, Colombo 02 , the MTV/MBC Studio Complex in Depanama, Pannipitiya and the Stein Studios in Ratmalana .

Any person can assist in this venture by donating essential items including bottled water, rice, dhal, sugar, milk powder and canned fish.


Donations and contributions have been flowing in to the MTV / MBC Head Office at Braybrooke place in Colombo 02 , since Thursday morning.

Donations and contributions also flowed to the MTV / MBC Studio Complex in Depanama, Pannipitiya. The public also brought their donations to the Stein Studio Complex in Second Lane, Borupana Road in Ratmalana.


The Capital Maharaja Organisation Limited has also set-up plans to collect the contributions from persons who are residing outside Colombo.
