Sri Lanka Cricket has stated that the term of Marvan Attapattu as head coach of Sri Lanka Cricket extended until the end of Pakistan tour, which is to be scheduled to begin on August 6 at Galle.

Marvan Atapattu was named Sri Lanka’s interim head coach following the resignation of Paul Farbrace.
