SLTB bus was destroyed when it caught fire in the Ice Pihilla area on the Haputale – Beragala Road.

News1st has received footage captured on a mobile phone of the bus on fire.

The police say the bus caught fire while travelling from Wellawaya to Badulla via Beragala.

The police say the fire broke out at about 9 o’clock Sunday morning and that none of those on board the bus had been injured.
