A youth who is said to have molested a fourteen year old girl  in the Godagama area in Kosgoda, has been arrested .

Police stated that the youth had molested the girl after taking her to his home.

The youth’s wife has also been arrested on suspicion for encouraging him to molest the child.

Police stated that the girl was admitted to the Balapitiya Hospital for a medical examination.
