Those are the words of a unique individual who has put Sri Lankan cuisine in the international spotlight with his own travel and cooking show.

To this Sri Lankan, who now lives in Australia, there is nothing more exciting than tantalizing the taste buds of everyone with Sri Lanka’s unique and spicy food.
