UNP submits No Confidence Motion against the Government

The United National Party submitted a No Confidence Motion in Parliament  against the government on  Friday charging that Sri Lanka has become a drug racketeering centre.

Subsequently, the party said at a press briefing that the No Confidence Motion was presented to the General Secretary of Parliament.

The party further noted that a date for debate over the current issue was expected.
