JHU Provincial Council candidate for Western Province, Attorney-at-law, Udaya Gammanpila has requested Rs.100  from every citizen as funding for his election campaign.

At a press conference held on Wednesday, Udaya Gammanpila stated that he requests this from each and every citizen, from beggars to people in all different levels of living in the country.

Gammanpila further requested from the public to make this donation of Rs.100, even if it meant sacrificing the day’s dinner.
