The Officer-in -Charge of the Wellampitiya Police  and is wife have been arrested  for alleged Heroin possession.

According to the Police Media Spokesperson, SSP Ajith Rohana, the OIC of the Wellampitiya Police was arrested on Tuesday evening by the Colombo Crimes Division.

Following interrogation, the wife of the OIC was also arrested on Wednesday.
