United National Party Parliamentarian Buddhika Pathirana says that he does not engage in politics that involve cinnamon sticks.

The MP made this comment at an event held in Akuressa.

An event to present nutritional meals to under weight children in the Yaka-Bedda area in Akuressa took place under the auspices of MP Buddhika Pathirana.

UNP MP, Buddhika Pathirana shared these views:

“I don’t engage in politics that involve brawls. I do not engage in politics that involve cinnamon sticks. People who engage in politics with me do not have brigades that are armed with cinnamon sticks. People who engage in politics with me, do not even have a catapult with them. We engage in clean politics. We do not have blood on our hands. When you go to vote, vote for the gentlemen and not the thugs.”
