The police raided a gambling den in a club in Dharmapala Mawatha in Colombo 07 on Tuesday.
Individuals who were engaged in gambling when the raid was being carried out have been arrested by the police.
Police Media Spokesperson, SSP Ajith Rohana said that legal action will be taken against the persons thus arrested and that a court action will be filed against them on November 25.
He further added that the police will continue to carry out these raids.
