The Commonwealth Business Forum is underway in Colombo for the second day today.
Sri Lanka as a 21st Century Business Destination was one of the many topics that were discussed today. Minister of External Affairs Prof. G.L. Peiris, Miniser Nimal Siripala de Silva and Australia Businessman James Packer was among the gathering at Wednesday’s Business Forum.
Over 1000 delegates are taking part in the high profile Commonwealth Business Forum which will conclude on Thursday.
Australian Businessman James Packer also addressed the meeting. Meanwhile foreign minsietrs from several countries arrived in the country since last for the Commonwelath Hedas of Government Meeting and other sideline events.
According to the Government Information Department, foreign minsietrs from Brunei, Jamaica, Kenya, Seychells and Uganda arrived in the country on Thursday.
Foreign Minsiters of New Zealand, Cyprus, Malta and Australia are among those who have arrived in the country.
