Colombo (News 1st) ஜனாதிபதி கோட்டாபய ராஜபக்ஸவிற்கும் ரஷ்ய ஜனாதிபதி விளாடிமிர் புதினுக்கும் இடையில் தொலைபேசி கலந்துரையாடல் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. இதன்போது, எரிபொருள் இறக்குமதிக்கான கடன் உதவி வழங்குமாறு ஜனாதிபதி கோட்டாபய ராஜபக்ஸ, ரஷ்ய ஜனாதிபதியிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளார். அத்துடன், Aeroflot விமான சேவையை மீள ஆரம்பிக்குமாறும் அவர் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளார். ஜனாதிபதி கோட்டாபய ராஜபக்ஸவின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ ட்விட்டரிலேயே இந்த விடயங்கள் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
