COLOMBO (News 1st); Skipper Dimuth Karunaratna says he is prepared to step down as the Sri Lanka Test Cricket Captain after the test series with Ireland.

He was speaking to reporters following Sri Lanka's loss to New Zealand in the Second Test on Monday (20).

New Zealand bowled Sri Lanka out for 358 to win the 2nd Test by an innings and 58 runs. 

The Black Caps won the series 2-0 with Kane Williamson named the Player of the Series.
