Seven Mn Pfizer doses will expire today (31)

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Health says nearly 7 Million Pfizer vaccines will expire today (31).

Director of the epidemiology unit Dr Samitha Ginige says that even today people can visit to obtain their vaccine.

The Pfizer vaccine stock will expire at midnight today (31).

Currently, 52% of the population has been fully vaccinated.

Dr Ginige further said that members of the people still have the option of obtaining Sinopharm vaccines.
