Consignment of essential medicines and medical equipment arrive from China

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Chinese special cargo plane carrying essential medicines and medical equipment donated by China to Sri Lanka arrived on the island on Saturday (24).
The duty manager of Bandaranaike International Airport stated that this special cargo plane arrived on the island from Beijing, China last night.
China has made these donations in view of the issues and shortages experienced concerning essential medicines and medical equipment in Sri Lanka.
