Licenses of buses NOT functioning after obtaining fuel to be banned

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Transport Commission says that the road license of buses that are not used for passenger transport after obtaining fuel may be banned.

The Director General of NTC, Nilan Miranda stated that the program will be implemented in line with the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) from August 01st.

Moreover, the Director General of the NTC pointed out that there was a lack of buses being used for inter-provincial travel.
