Political Party secretaries to meet Election Commission on 6th June

COLOMBO (News 1st); Secretaries of all political parties have been summoned to the Election Commission on the 6th of June for a meeting.

The commission said the meeting will be convened to consult with parties on the 2022 Electoral Roll, the current political crisis, and to state the commission's position.

The Elections Commission further stated that it hopes to certify the 2022 Electoral Roll by the 31st of October 2022.
