40,000 MT of Diesel to reach SL soon

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) stated that a vessel carrying 40,000 MT of Diesel is scheduled to arrive in the country in two days.

The Chairman of the CPC Sumith Wijesinghe said that the vessel will arrive in the country under the Indian Line of Credit.

Further, he said that there are sufficient stocks of petrol in the country.

CEYPETCO FUEL PRICES INCREASED

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation decided to increase fuel prices with effect from midnight on Monday (18).

The revised prices are as follows:

92 Octane Petrol: Up by Rs. 84/- (New Price: Rs. 338/-)

95 Octane (Euro 4) Petrol: Up by Rs. 90/- (New Price: Rs. 373/-)

Diesel: Up by Rs. 113/- (New Price: Rs. 289/-)

Lanka Super Diesel 4 Star Euro 4: Up by Rs. 75/- (New Price: Rs. 329/-)

The limits imposed on cars, three-wheelers, motorcycles, vans, and SUVs have been lifted with effect from Monday (18).

LANKA IOC FUEL PRICES INCREASED

Lanka IOC decided to increase its Retail Selling Prices of Petrol (Gasoline) by Rs 35/ltr and Diesel (Gasoil) by Rs 75/ltr with effect from Sunday (17) midnight.

The revised LIOC prices per Liter are as follows:

Petrol (92 Octane) – Rs. 338/-

Petrol (95 Octane) – Rs. 367/-

Petrol Euro 3 – Rs. 347/-

Auto Diesel – Rs. 289/-

Super Diesel – Rs. 327/-
