2021 GCE A/Ls begins on Monday (7)

COLOMBO (News 1st): The 2021 GCE Advanced Level Examination commences on Monday (Feb. 7). The A/L examination will conclude on the 05th of March. A total of 345,242 candidates will sit for the GCE A/L Exam at 2438 Examination Centres located across the country. The number of candidates consists of 279,141 school candidates and 66,101 private applicants. Special centres have been set up at 29 hospitals, for candidates who have contracted COVID-19, the Examinations Department said. The list of special examination centres dedicated to COVID-19 patients could be accessed via the Examination Department's website.
