"The Dengue Eradication Drive is being carried out ahead of the GCE Advanced Level Examination scheduled to commence on Monday (Feb. 07), to ensure that students could sit for the examination without the risk of Dengue," Upul Rohana, the President of the PHI Union told News 1st. According to Upul Rohana, the Director-General of Health Services has instructed the PHIs to conduct a fumigation drive to eliminate Dengue mosquito breeding grounds at school premises island-wide, where the A/L Exam will take place.
