COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's COVID numbers are surging by the day and its citizens are rushing to get themselves tested at the same rate.

Sri Lanka uses Rapid Antigen Test Kits and PCR Tests to determine if a person is positive or negative for COVID-19, mainly at hospitals or other designated sites.

However, on 1st February 2022, the office of the Medical Officer for Health for Kesbewa had decided to conduct random Rapid Antigen Tests at the Kesbewa Public Cemetary.
