All schools will be treated equally: Education Minister

COLOMBO (News 1st): The resources at the Education Ministry will be distributed among schools in an equal and fair manner, Prof. G.L. Peiris, the Minister of Education said. The Education Ministry's resources will be distributed among schools in the North, South, East as well as the West, in a manner which will eliminate all forms of discrimination, the Education Minister reiterated. Education Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris, thereby, pledged to take all relevant measures at the ministerial level, in order to fill the shortage of teachers in this regard.
