COLOMBO (News 1st): The Foreign Ministry has decided to suspend all services offered by the Consular Affairs Division of the Ministry both today (Oct. 07) and tomorrow (Oct. 08), to restrict the congregation of the general public and thereby to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Accordingly, the Consular Affairs Division situated in Colombo will remain closed for visitors today and tomorrow. "It will only accept queries related to death cases of Sri Lankans overseas and assistance on death-related documentation and attestation of ‘Export Documents’, strictly on a prior appointment basis," the Ministry said.
