COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Health says medical tests on Coronavirus can only be done in state hospitals. "Private hospitals have not been given permission to carry out tests," said Anil Jasinghe, Director General of Health Services. Accordingly, Medical Research Institute, Faculty of Medical Sciences - University of Sri Jayawardenepura, Karapitiya and Anuradhapura Teaching Hospitals can carry out the medical tests on Covid-19.
