Reuters: Bond’s Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux and director Cary Joji Fukunaga arrived in Matera, Italy on Monday (September 9) as filming steps up for “No Time to Die”. The actors and director posed for photographs during a photocall ahead of shooting.

In the latest Bond saga, 007 embarks on a mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist, which puts him on the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology. “No Time to Die” is also being shot in London and Norway.

The returning cast also include Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny and Ben Whishaw as Q. The Bond franchise is one of the movie world’s most lucrative with 2015’s “Spectre” raking in $880 million at the box office worldwide, while “Skyfall” in 2012 grossed more than $1 billion globally.
