"Content on social media unconfirmed; do not be afraid!" - Police Media Spokesperson

COLOMBO (News 1st): Commenting on an unconfirmed report circulating on social media about tomorrow (May 13), Police media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said that although they do not deny the information that they will provide the maximum security tomorrow (May 13) and that they will continue to investigate the matter. He also noted that the published content on social media, however, has not been confirmed by either the intelligence or the security forces. He reassured the people to not be afraid as the police and the tri-forces have been deployed for maximum security to schools tomorrow (May 13).
