COLOMBO (News 1st) - Indictments were filed against Chanuka Upendra Ratwatte and 05 others at the Colombo High Court today (October 22).
Chanuka Upendra Ratwatte is the son of Former Deputy Defence Minister General Anuruddha Ratwatte.
The case was filed by the Attorney General under the companies act against Ratwatte and 05 others for operating a financial institution without the approval of the CBSL.
