Government to introduce a regulatory commission for three-wheelers 

Colombo (News1st) - The Government has announced plans to set up a regulatory commission for three wheelers. Speaking to reporters on Monday (Aug 20th), Minister of Finance Mangala Samaraweera stated that Sri Lanka cannot go back to the three-wheel culture and therefore the Government has prepared a draft legislation to set up a regulatory commission. The Minister noted that the draft legislation has been sent to the Attorney General's department and based on the approval given by the AG, it is to be tabled in Parliament.
