Document forger arrested in Kalagedihena

COLOMBO (News 1st) - An individual has been arrested by the Police Special Task Force in Kalagedihena for forging a license issued by the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau (GSMB). An STF spokesperson stated that the suspect had been involved in forging documents for nearly 2 years. The 22-year-old suspect who is a resident of Nittabuwa has been producing these documents for a sum of Rs. 2500. The STF stated that during the raid they were able to size a laptop, 35 fake seals, equipment used to forge documents and a set of fake documents.
