Colombo (News1st) - SriLankan Airlines has sent out an urgent notice to all its customers. The national carrier has called on passengers who are scheduled to fly on Sri Lankan airlines to arrive at the BIA three hours prior to their time of departure. According to SriLankan airlines, the request has been made to mitigate delays that could arise due to a 'work to rule' campaign launched by immigration and emigration officers. Passengers scheduled to fly out of the country after noon today are advised to a adhere to the 3-hour rule until further notice.
