Commonwealth Games 2018: Ishan Bandara advances to semi finals

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka's Ishan Bandara has won the Men's 52 KG Boxing quarter final against Lesotho's Thabo Molefe at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia. in the 45-48 KG weight class Women's boxing event. As of now, Sri Lanka has won one silver medal and three bronze medals at 2018 Commonwealth Games. This is the first time since 2014 that Sri Lanka won medals at Commonwealth Games.
