Cricket: Bangladesh all out for 110 – play commences with much promise for SL

The second day’s play of the second test match between Sri Lanka vs Bangalesh started in Mirpur today (Feb 9).

Resuming from an overnight score of 45 for 5 wickets, Linton Das and Mehedi Hasan put on 28 runs for the 6th wicket before Suranga Lakmal took the wicket of Linton Das when score was at 73.

Bangladesh then lost their remaining wickets for just 37 runs and were all out for 110 runs in 45.4 overs.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz top scored with 38 runs.

For Sri Lanka, Akila Danajaya and Suranga Lakmal bagged three wickets each while Dilruwan Perera took two wickets.
