Group Director of the Capital Maharaja Organization, Chevaan Daniel, has been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Asia Foundations flagship initiative, Asia 21, a group of global leaders selected from spheres including politics, Science, Business and Social Work.

Inducted into Asia 21 in 2011, he is the only Sri Lankan to be appointed to the high-level Committee, and is joined by a diverse group of leaders including entrepreneurs, Politicians, CEO’s and even a Chief Engineer from NASA.

Members to the committee are carefully selected from out of over 800 hyper-achievers.

A decade ago, Asia Society began working on building a network of young leaders (all under the age of 40) across the Asia-Pacific as a way to promote mutual understanding and effective collaboration among the next generation’s most important and influential leaders. A decade later, the foundation has built a movement of more than 800 powerful alumni from more than 30 countries.

Today, the Asia 21 Young Leaders Initiative stands as Asia-Pacific’s foremost young leaders network.”
