The Ministry of Fisheries and Water Resources said that 65 Indian fishermen are currently in Sri Lankan custody.
Minister of Fisheries Mahinda Amaraweera said that 90 Indian fishing vessels too are in Sri Lankan custody.
The minister stated that even though the Indian fishermen will be released in the near future, the fishing vessels will not be released.
