After dominating the North American box office for a month, ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ looks set to finally lose its top spot over the Martin Luther King weekend.

According to the website boxofficemojo.com, action comedy ‘Ride Along 2’, the sequel to the 2014 film starring Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, looks set to take the number one spot with estimated takings of $50 million over the four-day weekend.

‘The Revenant’ fresh from gaining the most Academy Award nominations and a win at the Golden Globes for Best Picture Drama looks set to come in second with $32 million.

‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ is predicted to follow with $29.5 million, adding to its international takens of nearly $1.8 billion.

Expected to hit the number four spot is ’13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi’, the Michael Bay production about the true story of special forces protecting a US compound in Libya. That title is predicted to make $21.3 million.

The number five spot is expected to be Paramount Pictures’ comedy ‘Daddy’s Home’ starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, which is set to take home $8.7 million.
