Over the weekend, men from all around the world competed in the World Beard and Moustache Championships in Leogang, Austria.

Its reported that 300 men competed in three different facial hair groups in the competition.

Men can choose to enter their mustaches, partial beards, or full beards. Within those three groups, there are 17 subcategories.

The first World Beard and Moustache Championship was held in Germany in 1990 and since then the hairy event has grown quite a bit.
