Presenting the Budget 2015 in Parliament on Friday, President Mahinda Rajapaksa said that the construction work of the Northern and Ratnapura Expressway is expected to finish by 2017.

The President also stated that construction of the Kelani Railway Line is also expected to finish parallel to the construction of these expressways.
