Today marks Day 3 of the Shakthi Zone in Nallur Jaffna which is being organised jointly by Shakthi TV, Shakthi FM and News1st

The zone was declared open on Wednesday by officials of the Capital Maharaja Organisation. High-ranking officials of the Capital Maharaja Organisation attended special religious observances at the Nallur Kandasamy Kovil in Jaffna prior to declaring the zone open for a third day.

A structure created to depict the six holy abodes of Lord Murugan in India was declared open by Mr. Maharaja. Officials of the Capital Maharaja Organisation also inspected the world’s largest outdoor studio constructed in the Shakthi Zone.

The Shakthi Zone will remain open till August 24. Cultural events will take place at the zone daily from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
