The year 2014 seems like a good year for Sri Lankan Cricket – it is a time when our teams bagged major achievements  as the Asia Cup, World T20 Cup and now – the recent Test Series against Pakistan.

Adding to the list of achievements this year, several Sri Lankan players have been able to rise to the top among world players. Many of our players have managed to show their talents in all forms of cricket as ODI, T20 and Test matches.

It is significant to note that Kumar Sangakkara and Captain Angelo Mathews have obtained the highest scores in both ODIs and Test matches in 2014.
