Urban Councillor of Peliyagoda,  Chamila Sandaruwan was found killed in a car on Monday.

The Police Media Unit stated that the body of the Peliyagoda Urban Councillor was found inside a car in the Tire Junction in Dalugama.  We have got the visuals taken at the place of the incident.
