July 30, 2010: The majority of the Tamil community living overseas, also known as the Tamil diaspora, has come forward to aid in building a developed zone for their fellow people, says Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, Cabinet Media Spokesperson.
Speaking at the cabinet media briefing held today, the minister noted that Kumaran Padmanadam alias KP is also among this group.
